I was COO and CFO of Billetto while it grew from about 10 to more than 50 people across several countries.

A debt restructuring and new investors
I was COO and CFO, and part of the leadership team, when Billetto's debt was written off and a management-led group with new investors bought out the company.

I built a daily revenue forecast that gave management fresh numbers every day, so decisions could be made inside the month.
